An out & out operations person Girish loves to solve problems and ensure systems run the way they should - efficiently & effectively! Girish has been associated with PRADAN & ALC in various middle and top level management positions. As a consultant he has been associated with DAY NRLM as well as multiple SRLMs in helping them shape their theory of change and also guiding their action in the field for setting systems in Community based organisations and also preparing their cutting edge staff to mentor high quality Community institutions.

Shivaji N Choudhury
A social development professional with over 20 years of experience in sustainability strategy, inclusive livelihoods, institution building, and agricultural value chains for marginalized communities. He has held key roles with FAO, World Bank, PRADAN, NRLM, SRLMs, and major CSRs, excelling as an implementer, change manager, and consultant. Passionate about driving impact, he blends strategic insight with hands-on execution. When not working, he finds inspiration in travel and exploration.
